RAGEPATH Overview of Busch v CPS

Trump was one of several celebrity defendants named in a lawsuit brought by a Texas man against local Child Protection Services. The plaintiff complained that Trump has interfered with efforts to obtain custody of a child in the care of CPS (Child Protective Services) on the grounds that he was a white man seeking to obtain custody of a multiracial child. A judge dismissed the complaint, chiding Busch for "filing frivolous civil lawsuits." Busch's argument against Trump is rather incoherent, but seems to stem from a belief that several famous individuals were part of a racist conspiracy against him.
