- Omarosa served as the point person for the Trump transition team’s outreach to African Americans. “Shirley Husar, a Republican National Convention delegate from Pasadena, visited Trump Tower on Friday to discuss urban renewal with Omarosa Manigault, a Donald Trump advisor and former ‘Apprentice’ contestant. Husar, who is African American, helped nominate Trump at the convention. She has criticized Black Lives Matter activists and government assistance programs.
