Forbes and his sumptuous 126-foot yacht, the Highlander. The tradition continued Wednesday night, when Mr. Forbes treated 111 guests, including a group of visiting Soviet journalists, to a cruise around lower Manhattan and ringside seats for the annual July 4 sky show.
